Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Rocket Digital Limited (“Logify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Logify – AI Logo Maker iPhone app and the website at https://www.ailogomakerapp.com (together, the “Service”). We built Logify to help people create logo ideas with AI quickly and respectfully — that includes how we handle your data.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by Rocket Digital Limited, 1603, The L Plaza, 367-375 Queens Road Central, Hong Kong. You can reach us any time at hello@rocketdigital.ai.

2. Information we collect

We collect three categories of information:

(a) Information you give us

• Brand names, descriptions, and prompts you enter to generate logos.
• Logo concepts, edits, color and font selections, and saved designs.
• Account-level data such as purchase identifiers (handled by RevenueCat) and any messages you send to support.

(b) Information collected automatically

• Device information: device model, OS version, language, time zone, and crash logs.
• Usage information: screens viewed, features used, generation events, and approximate session duration.
• Identifiers: app instance IDs, advertising identifier (only with permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency), and pseudonymous analytics IDs.
• Network data: IP address (used and then discarded or truncated for analytics and security).

(c) Information from third parties

• Subscription status from RevenueCat / Apple App Store.
• Aggregate analytics signals from Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and Meta Pixel (web only).

3. How we use information

• To generate logo concepts you request and to deliver the AI logo maker features of the Service.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, including diagnosing crashes and abuse.
• To process subscriptions, in-app purchases, and refunds via Apple and RevenueCat.
• To measure performance, conversion, and product usage in aggregate.
• To communicate with you about the Service, updates, and support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. AI generation and your prompts

When you generate a logo, your prompt and selected settings are sent to AI providers (currently OpenAI, Microsoft Azure AI services, Replicate, and Fal.ai) to produce outputs. Logify does not use your prompts to train foundation models. Providers may process inputs to deliver the response and for short-term abuse prevention as described in their own privacy policies. Do not include personal data of others or confidential information in your prompts.

5. Sub-processors and third-party services

We rely on the following service providers to run Logify:

• Apple App Store — distribution, in-app purchases, App Tracking Transparency.
• RevenueCat — subscription and entitlement management.
• Firebase (Google) — authentication-adjacent services, push messaging, Crashlytics, and Remote Config.
• Google AdMob — mobile advertising; ads may use device identifiers when you grant tracking permission.
• OpenAI — language and image-related AI processing for logo generation features.
• Microsoft Azure — AI processing and cloud infrastructure.
• Replicate — image generation models such as xAI Grok Imagine Image.
• Fal.ai — additional image generation and inference.
• Google Analytics — website traffic and product analytics.
• Vercel Analytics — web performance and event analytics for https://www.ailogomakerapp.com.
• Meta Pixel — measurement and ads attribution on the website.

Each provider has access only to the data needed to deliver its service. They are bound by contract and their own privacy and security policies.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies for analytics (Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics) and ads measurement (Meta Pixel). You can opt out through your browser settings, your device’s tracking permissions, or via opt-out tools provided by each vendor.

7. Advertising

The mobile app may show ads via Google AdMob. On iOS we honor your App Tracking Transparency choice. If you do not grant permission, you will see contextual ads rather than personalized ads.

8. Legal basis (EEA / UK)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process your data on the basis of (a) the contract necessary to provide the Service, (b) our legitimate interests in operating and improving Logify, (c) your consent for non-essential cookies and tracking, and (d) compliance with legal obligations.

9. Data retention

We retain your prompts, generated logos, and account-level data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Crash and diagnostic logs are kept for up to 90 days. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@rocketdigital.ai.

10. International transfers

Logify is operated from Hong Kong and uses providers in the United States and the European Union. Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

11. Your rights

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent (without affecting prior processing).
• Export a copy of the data you provided to us.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

12. Children

Logify is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will remove it.

13. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, restricted access, and reputable cloud infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong device passcode and keep iOS up to date.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change, and we will provide notice through the app or website where appropriate.
